Deal on plane ticket

Right now Southwest is having a 48 HR sale. I found out about this too late because this sale end today on July 8. This deal work when you are flying between Sept 9 to Nov 18. So it would only work with worlds in Austin, TX. (too bad those date is not during Gen Con). It would cost $180 round trip.

It was $220 round trip after taxes, which is about the same price alaska has right now (or else I would have mentioned it). You also had to fly in Wednesday and back out Monday.

I guess it is pretty close. SW had $167+$55 in taxes and fees, while Alaska is $238+$21 in taxes and fees. About $37 difference. But Alaska is non stop.

Huh, it was closer than that when I checked. Anyway, I don't like southwest too much anyway
