DMF: Hamsterdance (and others)
Northwest flies direct to Amsterdam from Seattle. I picked a random weekend in September (which is when the DMF is scheduled now) and was surprised/impressed to see that. Unfortunately tickets are like $950, so I don't think it's especially likely. Icelandair did have $850 1stop ones, but still a bit pricey.
I also checked for DMF: Singapore ($1300+), DMF: Turin ($1200+), and DMF: Sydney ($900+), which makes all those look unlikely.
Austin is currently looking pricey ($385 direct?), but I suspect it will go down rather than up. Vegas is also looking surprisingly expensive ($230, but leaving Sunday morning for the random weekend I picked in November), but I suspect that will also go down more than up. That leaves me aiming to go to all the US nones and none of the non-US ones, unless prices change drastically and/or I win the lottery or something.
