Upper Deck Day

I like posting things, so...

This Saturday/Sunday, there's 'Upper Deck Day' which will include tournaments for all their games. WoW TCG is going to have a free starter tournament and there will be others. (Details at http://cascadegames.com/events/734). Then on Sunday there's going to be a 'Player Appreciation Event' but it's not exactly clear what the events are - the text of cascade's thing is not clear (http://cascadegames.com/events/754).

I'm planning to go at least on Saturday and then see what is scheduled for Sunday.

Clearly I'm just padding my post count now.

Anyway, Cascade told me some more details on what things are going to be. It's apparently something where they hand (sell?) you a starter + booster after which it's open play. If you play some number of additional games, then you get another booster. There are apparently no specific tournaments per se.

I'm still planning on going, but maybe not right at 9am...
